Operate and oversee machinery integral to UV printing, laser cutting, and other manufacturing operations to ensure seamless production workflows.
Ensure all machines are configured accurately for each task and function within the designated operational parameters to maintain efficiency and precision.
Perform thorough quality inspections on completed items to verify full compliance with Fusion 360’s established quality benchmarks.
Monitor and document any discrepancies or operational challenges that arise during the manufacturing process, promptly escalating them for resolution.
Conduct regular maintenance procedures on machinery to uphold peak operational efficiency.
Identify and resolve minor technical issues efficiently to ensure smooth system operations.
Ensure strict compliance with all safety protocols and established guidelines during the operation of machinery.
Promptly communicate any observed safety hazards or concerns to the Operations Manager to ensure timely resolution and maintain a secure work environment.
Collaborate with the production team and other relevant departments to ensure alignment with established production schedules.
