Responsibilities

• Location: Spintex

• Cultivate and strengthen partnerships with key retailers and major accounts within the modern trade sector.

Ensure consistent product availability, enhance visibility, and uphold merchandising standards across all modern trade outlets.

• Responsible for implementing in-store promotions, trade marketing initiatives, and new product launches.

Monitor inventory levels and liaise with suppliers to facilitate prompt restocking.

• Monitor sales metrics and generate detailed performance reports along with market analyses.

Negotiate optimal shelf space allocation, strategic product displays, and high-impact promotional placements with key retail partners to maximize brand visibility and sales performance.

Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to optimize operational efficiency and drive cohesive business performance.

Consistently meet or surpass designated sales targets and revenue objectives.

The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical abilities, proficiency in data interpretation, and the capacity to solve complex problems efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting findings clearly. Familiarity with industry-specific software, tools, or methodologies is required, along with a track record of delivering measurable results in prior roles. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines is critical, as is a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, with a minimum of five years of experience in software development. Proficiency in multiple programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C++, is essential, along with expertise in database management and cloud computing platforms. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset are also necessary. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems, such as Git, is preferred. Prior experience in a leadership role or mentoring junior developers would be advantageous.

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related discipline is required.
