Receive and process incoming deliveries of knockdown (KD) parts, components, and consumables in a timely and organized manner.
Verify that quantities, part numbers, and quality standards align precisely with delivery notes, purchase orders, and packing lists.
Report any discrepancies, damages, or non-conformities without delay to the procurement team.
Assign bin locations and organize parts systematically, adhering to either FIFO (First-In, First-Out) or FEFO (First-Expire, First-Out) protocols to maintain inventory accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain a well-organized and meticulously labeled warehouse to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of both heavy-duty and light-duty vehicle parts.
Responsible for the secure storage of heavy components, implementing measures to safeguard against damage and streamline retrieval processes.
Responsibilities include ensuring precise inventory tracking by leveraging the company’s ERP or warehouse management system to maintain accurate records.
Perform cycle counts and assist with monthly and quarterly physical stock takes.
Monitor inventory levels and promptly issue reorder notifications for high-priority and high-demand components to prevent stock outs and maintain operational continuity.
Responsibilities include distributing components and materials to assembly line technicians based on approved requisition documents.
Responsible for documenting all daily transactions, including receipts, issues, returns, and transfers, in comprehensive logs.
• Compile and submit weekly and monthly warehouse reports, including stock status updates, identification of slow-moving items, and documentation of discrepancies.
Enforce stringent adherence to all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE), proper lifting techniques, and correct stacking procedures.
Ensure hazardous materials, including batteries, oils, and lubricants, are stored in accordance with environmental and safety regulations.
