Pinnacle Done well Life Insurance Company is actively seeking qualified candidates to fill key roles, including Team Leaders, Financial Planners, Corporate Lead Generators (CLGs), and Sales Executives, for its Retail, Micro, and Corporate Insurance departments. These positions are available at the newly established Kong branch, located within the Egomania District Council Office Complex, as well as for Retail Unit Team Leaders and Sales Executives across multiple branches, including Accra Central, Team, Achiote, Kasia, Kong Unit, Kumasi, Bunyan, Jaborandi, Technical, and Tamale. Candidates will be evaluated based on their qualifications, relevant experience, and compensation expectations.

Required qualifications include proficiency in written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must possess strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail, along with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
