You will be responsible for achieving sales targets across all stores in the region, including both open market and key account segments.
Analyze store-level purchase and inventory data to assess sales performance, prepare detailed reports, and initiate appropriate corrective measures as needed.
To expand the number of brand-controlled outlets within the designated region while also elevating their sales contribution to the overall market.
Devise and implement sales and promotional strategies as outlined by management, while working in tandem with the Marketing team.
• Cultivate and sustain robust partnerships with retailers by clearly articulating company policies and promotional offerings.
Collaborate closely with the Channel team to establish and enhance retailer supply partnerships, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness in all agreements.
Responsibilities include managing contractual and policy arrangements with store owners to ensure alignment with organizational standards and compliance requirements.
• Maintain superior in-store branding by strategically placing and up keeping point-of-sale materials while securing premium product display positions in high-traffic retail locations.
Oversee the logistics associated with marketing materials, particularly throughout go-to-market (GTM) initiatives.
Monitor and maintain optimal safety stock levels to guarantee consistent product availability and uninterrupted store operations.
Be accountable for the proficiency of regional promoters, guaranteeing the application of impactful sales methodologies. Partner with the National Training team to enhance their skill sets.

Qualifications
A four-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or an equivalent discipline is required.
A minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience in retail or terminal management is required, with a preference for candidates who have worked within the consumer electronics sector.
Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, coupled with expertise in cultivating and overseeing channel partnerships to drive revenue growth.
Effectively conveys ideas, negotiates with confidence, and fosters strong interpersonal relationships.
Demonstrates a readiness to undertake regular travel, averaging approximately one week per month, to the Eastern and Volta regions.
