Pinnacle Done well Life Insurance Company is actively seeking qualified candidates to fill the roles with Team Leaders, Financial Planners, Corporate Lead Generators (CLGs), and Sales Executives for its Retail, Micro, and Corporate Insurance departments. These positions are available at the newly established Kong branch, housed within the council office complex of the Egomania District, as well as at various Retail Units and Micro Insurance branches nationwide. Openings exist in the Accra Central, Team, Achiote, Kasia, Kong, Kumasi, Bunyan, Jaborandi, Techiman, and Tamale branches. Applicants must meet specific qualification, experience, and remuneration criteria to be considered for these opportunities.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

A monthly airtime and data allowance is provided with the SIM card, along with a commission structure of 5% of the premium for broker-acquired new business and 10% for direct (non-broker) new business.

A monthly stipend of GHC 1,500 is provided, along with company-funded welfare insurance coverage.
