Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency, productivity, and compliance across departments. Serve as a primary liaison between senior management and staff, facilitating transparent communication and resolving escalated issues. Thoroughly clean and disinfect rooms, offices, washrooms, and common areas to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Perform thorough cleaning of designated spaces by sweeping floors, mopping hard surfaces, dusting surfaces, and vacuuming carpeted areas.
• Ensure proper disposal of waste materials and uphold stringent cleanliness protocols to maintain a sanitary environment.
Promptly report any damages or maintenance issues as they arise.
Ensure the timely and efficient completion of all assigned duties.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of five years of progressive experience in a similar role. The ideal applicant will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication abilities, along with the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment. Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices is essential. Prior experience in project management or leadership is highly desirable. The individual must be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Professional experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is considered a valuable asset for this position.
