Supports the Regional Team Manager by contributing to the fulfillment of service level agreements, ensuring the Organization meets its commitments regarding fixed access service delivery and maintenance.

Supports the execution of intricate installations as needed, emphasizing cutting-edge digital and IP technologies.

Actively solicits and addresses input from fixed access network customers, promptly escalating pertinent concerns to the Regional Team Manager for expedited resolution.

Supports the testing and configuration of customer-end equipment, including line drivers, modems, routers, and other devices.

Ensures strict adherence to the Organization’s established safety protocols in all operational activities.

Provides comprehensive support in overseeing and coordinating all logistics operations to ensure seamless and efficient supply chain management.

Supports in organizing and coordinating schedules to effectively manage customer incidents and ensure their expectations are met.

Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a minimum of three years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Proficiency in industry-standard software tools, such as Microsoft Project or Asana, is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are critical for addressing complex challenges efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.

A Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electronics, Electrical Communications Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification is required.

A minimum of three years of relevant professional experience is required, or alternatively, at least five years of hands-on experience as a Fixed Services Customer Service Engineer—or a combination of both.

Applicants must maintain a clean driving record and hold a valid driver’s license, along with proven competence in operating a vehicle.
