JOB DESCRIPTION:
We seek a dynamic, resourceful individual to join our rapidly expanding bakery team and play a key role in boosting daily bread sales.
You will play a key role in expanding daily bread sales by engaging directly with customers and community groups to drive awareness and demand.
Your role will involve daily fieldwork rather than office-based tasks, ensuring active engagement in hands-on activities.
Oversee core duties encompassing the planning, coordination, and execution of key operational activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. Monitor progress through performance metrics, data analysis, and regular evaluations to identify areas for improvement. Serve as a liaison between departments to foster collaboration and streamline communication channels. Maintain compliance with industry regulations, policies, and best practices while mitigating risks and addressing operational challenges. Provide leadership and guidance to team members, promoting professional growth and accountability. Additionally, contribute to budget management by optimizing resource allocation and controlling expenditures where feasible.
Experienced professionals are required to conduct in-person visits to residential and commercial properties for the purpose of promoting and selling bread products. The role involves traveling to various locations to engage with potential customers, demonstrating product features, and facilitating sales through direct interactions. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to effectively convey product benefits to drive demand.

Ensure a consistent upward trajectory in daily sales performance to meet and exceed established targets.
Each day, compile and present detailed reports on sales performance and customer acquisition metrics to senior management for review and strategic decision-making purposes.
Assist customers in comprehending the process for placing early orders for bread through the pre-order system.

A competitive monthly basic salary ranging from GHS 1,000 to GHS 1,500 is offered for this position.
