Duties will be performed in the Central Region, specifically in Aura Dunk.
Delivers financial literacy training sessions across the MF group, ensuring comprehensive coverage and consistent quality.
Facilitate the engagement of clients to ensure their full participation in the training sessions.
Responsible for accurately maintaining and updating the attendance register for all training participants to ensure precise records of participation and engagement.
Develop and maintain meticulous documentation of session delivery plans, ensuring strict adherence to the approved training schedules.
• The incumbent will compile and file monthly attendance reports for all training participants across all MF groups.
Follow up with trained clients to provide technical assistance in implementing the skills and knowledge acquired during the training programs.

Maintain all BRAD training materials and equipment in your care in optimal condition at all times.
Develop and embed a robust safeguarding framework throughout all stages of the program by executing the safeguarding policy. Serve as the primary point of reference for advice, direction, and specialist knowledge on safeguarding to foster a secure and compliant working environment.
To ensure team members receive proper training, support, and necessary resources, the role involves addressing and resolving issues in alignment with the safeguarding policy and procedure.
In the event of any reportable incident, ensure adherence to the safeguarding reporting procedure and promote its use among colleagues.
