Duty station is situated in the Ellembelle District, located in the Western Region of Ghana.

As of July 1, 2026, the position will commence.

The position is offered on a six-month contract basis, with the possibility of renewal.

• The project manager for the VIS GHANA initiative will serve as the designated referee.

Coordinate and oversee project implementation activities at the field level, ensuring strict adherence to established schedules and the detailed activity plan.

Regularly gather and evaluate project data to monitor ongoing progress and ensure alignment with established objectives.

Facilitate seamless information exchange and collaborative communication among the project team members, implementing partners, and community-level beneficiaries to enhance coordination and alignment.

• Compile monthly and operational reports while providing regular updates on ongoing activities, including multidisciplinary assessments.

• Engage collaboratively with a diverse range of community stakeholders to encourage active participation from community leaders, representatives, and local government officials in the execution and enhancement of project initiatives.

The incumbent will manage the administrative facets of the scholarship initiative, comprising the facilitation of application procedures, correspondence with recipients, and the organization of pertinent records.

Monitor daily expenditures, gather the necessary supporting documentation, and verify that all expense-related records are submitted to the administrative office promptly.

Oversee end-to-end procurement activities in the field, encompassing need identification, supplier sourcing, quotation acquisition, and adherence to established organizational policies and procedures.

• Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the Project Manager to ensure the organization’s service standards are consistently met.

Demonstrated proficiency in [specific technical skills, e.g., data analysis, project management, or coding languages such as Python, SQL, or Java]. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects within tight deadlines. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences. Strong problem-solving aptitude and analytical mindset to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions. Accumulated experience working in the Western region is required.

Strong proficiency in computer applications, with particular emphasis on the Microsoft Office suite, is required.

Candidates must possess prior experience within the education sector, specifically in a Technical and Vocational Education and Training (VET) setting.

Experienced in gathering both qualitative and quantitative data through proven methods, ensuring comprehensive and reliable insights for analysis.

Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills to engage and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders through networking and open dialogue.
