Job Summary

The Trade Developer plays a pivotal role in enhancing field-level sales performance and optimizing market coverage, while elevating brand visibility and agent productivity to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets within their designated territory.

Oversee and execute core duties aligned with the position, including primary tasks such as managing projects, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring adherence to organizational goals. Implement and maintain efficient workflows, monitor progress toward objectives, and provide timely updates to stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize performance, address challenges proactively, and support continuous improvement initiatives. • Engage in the recruitment and integration of new individual wallet account holders.

Spearhead wallet activation initiatives and guarantee customers complete their inaugural transactions with precision and efficiency.

Provide assistance during onboarding initiatives across various locations, including markets, university campuses, transportation hubs, and community gatherings.

• Engage with prospective individual merchants and small to medium-sized enterprises to facilitate their onboarding onto the platform.

To facilitate merchants’ comprehensive understanding of product features and benefits, provide clear and detailed explanations tailored to their specific needs and use cases.

Contribute to the expansion of the customer base and execution of promotional initiatives by providing assistance to agents.

Develop and implement field marketing initiatives along with promotional campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Accurately document and maintain comprehensive records of all onboarding activities.
