Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in heavy-duty vehicles, including models such as Streak and How, as well as earthmoving equipment like Shanty bulldozers and loaders.
Perform a wide range of preventive maintenance tasks, including comprehensive engine overhauls, transmission repairs, brake system servicing, suspension adjustments, and steering system repairs.
Perform welding and fabrication repairs on chassis, frames, and related attachments as required to maintain structural integrity and functionality.
• Employ diagnostic tools and service manuals to diagnose problems and execute appropriate corrective measures.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and labor hours.
• Maintain strict adherence to manufacturer specifications and safety regulations for all assigned tasks.
Professionally oversee the inventory of frequently required spare parts and provide guidance on reordering processes as needed.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

We seek candidates with a minimum of three to five years of practical experience in the operation, maintenance, or repair of Chinese heavy-duty trucks and construction machinery, including models such as Shanty, Streak, How, or comparable brands.
• Demonstrates comprehensive expertise in diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and pneumatic systems.
• Proficient in using diagnostic scanners, multimeters, and standard mechanic tools.
Proficient in interpreting technical diagrams and service manuals written in English.
Must be physically capable of lifting heavy components and performing tasks in outdoor or workshop environments.
