Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in heavy-duty vehicles, including models such as Streak and How, as well as earthmoving equipment like Shanty bulldozers and loaders.

Perform a wide range of preventive maintenance tasks, including comprehensive engine overhauls, transmission repairs, brake system servicing, suspension adjustments, and steering system repairs.

Perform welding and fabrication repairs on chassis, frames, and related attachments as required to maintain structural integrity and functionality.

• Employ diagnostic tools and service manuals to diagnose problems and execute appropriate corrective measures.

• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and labor hours.

• Maintain strict adherence to manufacturer specifications and safety regulations for all assigned tasks.

Professionally oversee the inventory of frequently required spare parts and provide guidance on reordering processes as needed.

Provide guidance and support to junior mechanics or apprentices as needed, fostering their professional development and ensuring they meet performance standards.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with a demonstrated ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and implement effective solutions. Experience working with [specific software/tools, if applicable] and a solid understanding of [relevant industry standards or methodologies].
