We are in search of a highly skilled and innovative Chef to craft premium meals, uphold rigorous kitchen cleanliness guidelines, and deliver exceptional presentation and flavor.
Oversee a range of critical duties, including the management of daily operations to ensure seamless workflow, the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to drive organizational growth, and the coordination of cross-functional teams to achieve key performance targets. • Prepare and cook meals according to company standards
Develop meal plans and coordinate food preparation schedules to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

• Track inventory levels of food supplies and promptly notify management of any shortages.

Candidates must possess either a Diploma or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Cookery, complemented by a minimum of three years of professional culinary experience for Diploma holders and five years for HND holders, specifically within a hotel environment.
Must possess a minimum of three years of professional Chef experience or five years as a Chef de Partie.
An established background in culinary roles, specifically as a Chef or Cook, is essential for this position.
Possesses a solid understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen management practices.
