Oversee routine office functions and uphold administrative effectiveness to streamline daily operations.

Responsible for organizing and maintaining accurate, up-to-date filing systems for both company documents and student records to ensure compliance and easy accessibility.

Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and client inquiries, with professionalism and efficiency.

Draft official correspondence, including reports, memos, and letters, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to organizational standards.

• Responsible for maintaining adequate inventory levels of office supplies and operational materials to support seamless daily operations.

Coordinate office maintenance and administrative support services to ensure efficient and seamless operations.

Organize and coordinate the time tabling of classes, training sessions, examinations, and practical activities to ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to institutional schedules.

• Facilitate the collaboration between trainers, students, and training materials to ensure seamless delivery of educational programs.

Responsibilities include overseeing attendance records and ensuring compliance with training schedules.

Schedule and organize both internal and external meetings, ensuring they are conducted efficiently and productively.
