Responsibilities include ensuring meticulous documentation of sales activities and compiling periodic reports to track performance and progress.

Analytical problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail are essential for this role. Candidates must possess proficiency in data analysis and be adept at using relevant software tools to interpret complex datasets. Excellent communication skills are necessary to convey findings clearly to stakeholders, along with the capacity to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. A minimum of five years of experience in a related field is required, complemented by a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, mathematics, or economics. A high school diploma, SHS certificate, or an equivalent qualification is required.

With a minimum of one to two years of hands-on sales experience, ideally within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector or open market distribution.

Skilled in facilitating productive negotiations and conveying ideas clearly and persuasively.

Aptitude for autonomous work and achieving sales objectives is required.
