The position involves assisting the Regional Team Manager in fulfilling the Organization’s contractual obligations for fixed access service delivery and maintenance, ensuring compliance with established service level agreements.
Provides assistance in executing intricate installations as needed, emphasizing the adoption of cutting-edge digital and IP technologies.
Actively collects and responds to feedback from fixed access network customers, promptly escalating issues to the Regional Team Manager to ensure timely resolution.
Supports the testing and configuration of customer-end equipment, including line drivers, modems, routers, and other devices, ensuring optimal functionality before deployment.
Ensures that all tasks are performed in adherence to the Organization’s established safety protocols and guidelines.
