Pinnacle Done well Life Insurance Company is actively seeking qualified candidates to fill key roles, including Team Leaders, Financial Planners, Corporate Lead Generators (CLGs), and Sales Executives, across its Retail, Micro, and Corporate Insurance departments. The openings are available at the newly established Kong branch, situated within the Egomania District Council Office Complex, as well as in the Micro Insurance Unit across multiple branches, including Accra Central, Team, Achiote, Kasia, Kong Unit, Kumasi, Bunyan, Jaborandi, Technical, and Tamale. Candidates will be evaluated based on specified qualifications, relevant experience, and competitive remuneration packages.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES INCLUDE: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with advanced capabilities in data analysis and financial modeling; strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration with cross-functional teams; demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail; proven experience in project coordination or event management, including vendor negotiations and logistical planning; familiarity with CRM software and a basic understanding of digital marketing principles; ability to travel occasionally for site visits or client meetings; capacity to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to strict deadlines; willingness to adapt to evolving business needs and embrace innovative solutions.

A comprehensive range of incentive packages is available for qualified applicants.

A commission of 5% of the premium is offered for new business acquired through brokers, while a higher commission of 10% of the premium applies to direct (non-broker) new business. Additionally, the role includes a SIM card with a monthly allocation for airtime and data.

A monthly welfare allowance of GHC 1,500 is provided, along with comprehensive insurance coverage fully funded by the company.

A competitive monthly stipend of GHC 1,500 is provided to the selected candidate.

A monthly phone credit valued at GHC 40 is provided as part of the compensation package.

• Compensation includes a 10% override on applicable sales.

• Responsibilities include organizing annual sales promotions to facilitate travel to Dubai from Ghana.

• The rate for group life insurance coverage is determined.

• A transport allowance of GHC 200 is provided.
