Key Responsibilities
• Position: Located within a thriving Light Industrial Zone in Spite, offering convenient access to major transport routes and industrial hubs.
Responsibilities include nurturing relationships with current customers while simultaneously identifying and cultivating new business opportunities as dictated by the position’s demands.
To consistently achieve or surpass weekly and monthly sales quotas.
Renegotiating and finalizing all contractual agreements with potential leads and clients constitutes a primary responsibility.
Delivering tailored sales presentations to diverse prospective customers as needed.
Enroll distributors and wholesalers in strict adherence to the company’s established customer onboarding directives.
Maintain accurate and current documentation of all sales activities within the ERP system to ensure comprehensive tracking and reporting.
• Demonstrating a thorough knowledge of company offerings and actively advocating for their benefits to enhance customer engagement.
Proven proficiency in project management methodologies, exceptional organizational capabilities, and robust problem-solving aptitude are essential. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools, along with a keen attention to detail, is required. The ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy is critical. Prior experience in a leadership role or a similar position is highly desirable.
