• Working Conditions
The position is situated in a private home located in Accra, Ghana. This role is part of a two-chef team working under a predefined shift schedule, which encompasses Sundays. Shifts and off-days will be allocated fairly and communicated in advance. Adaptability is required during peak periods, special events, or when the household entertains guests.
A monthly compensation of GHS 4,000 to GHS 6,500 will be provided, with the salary amount determined by the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience.
A full year of satisfactory employment entitles you to a 13th-month salary payment.
You will receive three weeks, equating to 15 working days, of paid annual leave each year.
