Delivers comprehensive financial literacy training sessions for the MF group, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and participant needs.
Contribute to engaging clients effectively to ensure their full participation in the training sessions.
Maintain and update the attendance register for training participants to ensure accurate and up-to-date records of their participation.
Develop and maintain accurate documentation of session delivery plans, ensuring alignment with the approved training session schedules.
• Monthly attendance reports for all MF groups must be compiled and submitted promptly.
Ensure to conduct follow-ups with trained clients, providing technical assistance in the practical application of the skills and knowledge acquired during the training sessions.
Adhere to and enforce the highest standards of service excellence throughout all operational levels.
As a dedicated advisor, you will guide program participants in achieving their financial objectives by offering expert insights and tailored support. Your role entails providing strategic assistance to help them navigate their financial journey and attain long-term success.
Evaluate the financial literacy program’s effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations for enhancement.
Engage in structured capacity-building training initiatives facilitated by BRAD to enhance professional competencies and skill development.
Maintain all BRAD training materials and equipment in your possession in optimal working condition at all times.
• Foster a comprehensive safeguarding culture at every level of the program by enforcing the safeguarding policy. Serve as the primary resource for support, guidance, and specialized knowledge on safeguarding to ensure a secure working environment.
To guarantee that team members receive proper training, support, and access to necessary resources, this role involves addressing and resolving issues in strict alignment with safeguarding policies and procedures.
Adhere to the established safeguarding reporting protocol without exception whenever a reportable incident arises, and actively promote its use among colleagues.
Required Skills:
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven experience in project management, with a strong background in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives on time and within budget. Proficiency in methodologies such as Agile or Scrum is essential, alongside exceptional communication skills to liaise between stakeholders at all levels.
