Convene with AIM savings groups on a bi-weekly basis to ensure alignment and progress tracking.
• Gather savings deposits from AIM participants.
All savings transactions must be accurately logged in both passbooks and digital platforms, including the DFA system.
Ensure meticulous documentation of member savings, attendance records, and participation metrics.
Deposits consisting of collected savings must be submitted to the branch office in adherence to established organizational protocols.
Ensure the secure handling and transportation of cash in strict adherence to established organizational policies and procedures.
Develop meaningful connections with AIM participants and foster consistent savings behaviors.
Coordinate with the AIM Program Assistant to manage meeting schedules, ensure participant attendance, and provide timely updates on attendee status.
Facilitate seamless transitions and ongoing management of AIM groups within savings operations.
Provide frequent progress reports on savings outcomes and participant involvement to the Branch Manager.
Convene two to three group meetings daily, ensuring productive discussions and clear action items are established.
The meetings are scheduled as follows: the first at 8:30 AM, the second at 9:30 AM, and the third at 10:30 AM, though these times may be adjusted according to office hours.
Arrive at the meeting location fifteen minutes prior to the scheduled group meeting start time.
Provide assistance in delivering Financial Literacy Training (FLT) sessions as needed.
Educate participants about the importance of savings discipline and how they can utilize future Microfinance services.

Compiles daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering the following areas:

The credit officer will be responsible for inputting all pertinent loan information—including loan applications and guarantor details from DP Notes—into the digital system.
After confirming the details of the loan application, establish the disbursement date and notify the member promptly.
• Attend the disbursement day in person to actively engage in the disbursement process.
The credit officer is expected to participate in weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly group meetings while guaranteeing full recovery of all loan installments.
Collected funds are deposited into the Branch Accountant’s custody, with the amount formally recorded in the Daily Cash Report (DCR) and authenticated by your signature.
Any missed installment during the morning group meeting must be promptly followed by a collection effort in the afternoon, conducted through direct house visits to borrowers or their designated small group leaders.
In the afternoon, commence the retrieval of delinquent installments and NBL accounts alongside the processing of current overdue collections.
Initiate the recovery process for loans that were previously written off if former clients express interest in re-establishing a relationship with BRAD.

Listen attentively to participants’ grievances, inquiries, and recommendations, then respond with suitable measures.
