Job Summary

Provide assistance to the Accounts and Audit Compliance team by maintaining precise financial and employee documentation, ensuring prompt adherence to statutory requirements, and facilitating thorough preparations for both internal and external audits across all client entities. The position centers on managing records, conducting reconciliations, offering support for tax and regulatory compliance, and coordinating audit-related activities.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties, ensuring adherence to established protocols and organizational objectives. • Ensure the integrity and precision of financial records and associated supporting schedules are maintained.

Assist by entering and verifying transactions within accounting systems to ensure accurate financial recording and reporting.

Support the development and upkeep of statutory compliance schedules, including PAYE, SSN IT, withholding tax, and other relevant obligations.

Ensure that all compliance documentation for client companies is meticulously maintained, reviewed for accuracy, and organized in proper filing systems.

Diligently monitor regulatory filing deadlines while proactively identifying and communicating any compliance-related risks to relevant stakeholders without delay.

Ensure employee records are maintained with precision and kept current to meet all statutory and compliance obligations.

Validate incoming employee data from clients to confirm its accuracy, completeness, and alignment with established standards.

Ensure all staffing modifications are recorded and supported with the appropriate approvals and documentation on file.

Prepare audit schedules and compile supporting documentation for both internal and external audits.

Respond promptly to audit requests and ensure all outstanding audit queries are thoroughly addressed and followed up on.

Support audit findings by contributing to their tracking and aiding in the implementation of recommended actions.

Conduct regulatory compliance audits for client organizations by examining documentation against applicable legal standards and pre-approved evaluation frameworks.

Produce comprehensive documentation highlighting deficiencies, inaccuracies, or breaches of compliance to ensure thorough transparency and accountability.

Responsible for ensuring the systematic organization and upkeep of both physical and digital files pertaining to accounts and compliance documentation.
