Job Summary

Proactively seek and integrate new individual wallet customers into the platform.

Ensure customer wallet activation and facilitate the completion of their initial transactions to drive engagement and adoption.

Provide assistance during the initiation phases in various locations, including markets, educational institutions, transit centers, and community gatherings.

Proactively recruit and integrate small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as well as independent merchants into the platform, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for each partner.

Ensure merchants are thoroughly informed about the product’s features and benefits, equipping them with the necessary knowledge to effectively communicate these to customers.

Support agents in driving customer acquisition initiatives and executing promotional campaigns to enhance engagement and expand market reach.

Responsibilities include planning and implementing field marketing initiatives as well as promotional activities to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Ensure precise documentation of every onboarding-related activity throughout the process.

Skilled candidates must demonstrate proficiency in a range of technical and interpersonal competencies. Essential requirements include strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and the capacity to thrive in collaborative environments. Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools, along with a solid understanding of relevant methodologies, is mandatory. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required for consideration. A minimum of three years of relevant experience in software development or IT support is essential. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is mandatory.
