As a rapidly growing international trade and pre-owned vehicle export firm, we are expanding our operations in Ghana and actively seeking an energetic and self-driven Sales Professional well-versed in the local used car market to strengthen our team.

Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and team leadership to drive organizational success. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to ensure efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across all business functions. Collaborate with senior management to align departmental objectives with broader corporate goals, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. Monitor key performance indicators, analyze trends, and present actionable insights to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making. Lead cross-functional initiatives, resolve complex challenges, and optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity and profitability. Ensure adherence to industry regulations, ethical standards, and best practices while maintaining a focus on sustainability and corporate social responsibility.

• Sales & Business Development: Spearhead the expansion of wholesale and retail sales for pre-owned vehicles across Accra, Team, and their surrounding regions to meet predefined targets.

Proactively monitor the used car market to maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry dynamics, evaluating vehicle valuations and consumer preferences with precision and insight.

• Cultivating Client Relationships: Develop, nurture, and strengthen connections with regional automotive dealers, wholesale distributors, and private purchasers to reinforce brand credibility and customer loyalty.

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is essential, along with a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in the industry. Proficiency in advanced software tools and systems is mandatory, while familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards is highly advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are critical, as is the capacity to work efficiently under tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additionally, prior leadership or project management experience is preferred to ensure seamless coordination and execution of tasks.
