• Perform comprehensive diagnostics on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems for heavy-duty vehicles, including Sitrak and How models, as well as earthmoving equipment such as Shanty bulldozers and loaders.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance as well as comprehensive engine overhauls, transmission repairs, brake system adjustments, suspension alignments, and steering system service to ensure optimal vehicle performance and safety.
Perform welding and fabrication repairs on chassis, frames, and attachments as required.
Employ diagnostic tools and consult service manuals to accurately diagnose problems and execute necessary corrective measures.
Accurately document all repairs performed, including the parts utilized and the total labor hours expended.
• Maintain strict adherence to manufacturer specifications and safety regulations in all operational tasks.
