• Position Location: Central Region, specifically in Aura Dunk
Ensures the successful execution of financial literacy training programs across the MF group.
Drive client engagement initiatives to maximize attendance and active involvement in training sessions, ensuring optimal participation levels.
Responsibilities include accurately recording and regularly updating the attendance register for all training participants to ensure precise documentation and compliance with organizational standards.
Prepare and maintain meticulous records of session delivery plans, ensuring strict compliance with the approved training schedules.
Prepare and submit monthly attendance reports for all MF training groups, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation of participant attendance.
Follow-up with trained clients to provide technical assistance in implementing the knowledge and skills acquired during the training sessions.
Demonstrate and uphold the highest standards of service excellence consistently throughout all operations and customer interactions.
• Serve as a resource to help program participants realize their financial goals
Evaluate the financial literacy program’s effectiveness and propose enhancements to optimize its impact.
Engage in Bracelet capacity-building training initiatives to enhance professional skills and competencies.
Maintain all BRAD training materials and equipment in your possession in optimal condition.
• Establish a safeguarding culture across all levels of the programme by implementing the safeguarding policy. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
To guarantee that team members receive the necessary training, assistance, and resources, you will oversee the implementation of identified issues and actions in strict adherence to safeguarding policies and procedures.
In the event of any incident that must be reported under safeguarding guidelines, adhere strictly to established reporting procedures and promote awareness and compliance among colleagues.
