Duty station for this position is based in Accra.

Verify daily attendance, monitor client visits, and track employee movements as required.

A thorough assessment of prospective entrepreneurs is conducted by visiting their business premises and residences to gather firsthand insights.

Prospective entrepreneurs must present and confirm the validity of essential documents, including a trading license, land agreement, tenancy agreement, spouse consent, and information related to nominees and guarantors, among others, to ensure compliance with established requirements.

Prepare and finalize all required documentation essential for loan disbursements to ensure accuracy and compliance with established procedures.

• Gather all required documentation from individual clients as well as for loan disbursement purposes.

Ensure that monthly installments are paid promptly via mobile money or bank transfer.

Compiles and maintains accurate reports and strategic target plans, ensuring thorough documentation throughout the process.

Visit borrowers in the field following loan disbursements to conduct post-disbursement assessments and ensure compliance with established terms.

Conduct regular on-site inspections to verify the accuracy and timeliness of disbursements as part of field-based quality assurance efforts.

Collaborate closely with Asset Managers and legal representatives to facilitate the execution and commissioning of legal documentation.

Prepare weekly and monthly requisitions to facilitate loan disbursement activities.

Prepare and verify disbursements to uphold quality standards, while systematically pursuing collections for overdue accounts each month.

Ensure timely collection and submission of information regarding the borrower’s or their dependents’ passing to insurers.

• Pursue the collection of written-off loans and deposit the recovered funds into designated accounts.

Consistently uphold the Microfinance staff Code of Conduct by ensuring respectful and professional interactions with all clients at all times.

Dedicate efforts to delivering exceptional service quality to clients, both in the field and at the branch office.

Demonstrate attentive listening to clients’ complaints, concerns, and opinions, promptly assessing and implementing suitable actions to address their needs.

Prepare and submit comprehensive progress reports to ensure transparency and accountability for project milestones and deliverables.

To cultivate a robust safeguarding culture throughout every tier of the program, the role will involve the implementation of the safeguarding policy.

Act as a primary resource for offering advice, direction, and specialized knowledge on safeguarding measures to foster a secure work environment.

To ensure team members receive proper training, support, and access to relevant resources, they must address and resolve issues in alignment with safeguarding policies and procedures.

In the event of any incident that necessitates reporting, diligently adhere to the safeguarding protocol and actively encourage others to comply with the same procedures.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: The ideal candidate must demonstrate proficiency in project management methodologies, with a strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project execution from initiation to completion. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, supported by meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks. Strong written and verbal communication abilities are necessary to articulate complex ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
