Duties are performed under the direct supervision of the Project Manager, who provides guidance and oversight throughout project execution.

Oversee the execution of project initiatives across the designated region, guaranteeing alignment with approved work plans, established timelines, allocated budgets, and recognized carbon standards—including Terra, Gold Standard, or other pertinent certification frameworks.

Coordinate field data collection efforts while ensuring rigorous monitoring of soil organic carbon (SOC), greenhouse gas emission reductions, water usage, crop yields, farm management practices, and additional project indicators essential for carbon accounting and verification processes.

Ensure meticulous maintenance of project records, databases, and documentation while adhering to carbon certification requirements and established project reporting standards.

Develop and sustain productive collaborations with GINA regional offices, District Assemblies, traditional authorities, farmer organizations, community stakeholders, and project partners.

Prepare and deliver accurate, well-structured weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports that encompass project progress updates, field activity summaries, success narratives, key learnings, and detailed documentation of both challenges faced and milestones achieved.

• Facilitate project validation, verification, and audit processes while ensuring the completion of all necessary reports and documentation for project partners, carbon certification bodies, auditors, and validators.

• Assess potential risks associated with implementation, devise effective mitigation strategies, and facilitate the resolution of operational challenges to ensure seamless project execution.

To uphold compliance, you will adhere to environmental and social safeguards, donor mandates, project-specific policies, and all relevant regulatory and carbon market standards.

Supervise and mentor field officers, community facilitators, enumerators, and other relevant project personnel to uphold the quality of project implementation and successfully meet established objectives.
