Job Summary

The Head of Marketing will spearhead Quantum’s marketing strategy and its implementation across all countries, routes, services, and member segments. This position will enhance brand visibility, generate leads, foster member engagement and retention, reactivate dormant members, provide sales support, and strengthen market positioning.

Spearhead comprehensive campaign initiatives encompassing E-commerce, third-party logistics (3PL), intra-Africa operations, warehousing solutions, shipping logistics, customs facilitation, last-mile delivery, and value-added services.

Create comprehensive campaign calendars that encompass route promotions, seasonal initiatives, webinars, retention and reactivation strategies, as well as member education programs.

Ensure all campaigns are delivered punctually, in strict alignment with overarching business objectives, and rigorously assessed to quantify their effectiveness.

Responsibilities include managing and coordinating content distribution across multiple digital platforms, including social media, the company website, email campaigns, WhatsApp communications, blogs, webinars, newsletters, and promotional initiatives.
