JOB DESCRIPTION:
A well-established hospitality organization is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the following positions.
A meticulous and diligent Housekeeping Attendant is required to uphold impeccable cleanliness standards and foster a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff.
Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while maintaining high standards of efficiency and accuracy. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to achieve shared objectives. Additionally, it requires adherence to established policies and procedures, timely completion of tasks, and proactive communication to address any challenges that may arise. Proficiency in relevant tools and systems, along with a commitment to continuous improvement, will be essential for success in this position.
Thoroughly clean and disinfect rooms, offices, washrooms, and all shared public spaces to maintain a hygienic and welcoming environment for occupants and visitors.
• Responsible for cleaning designated spaces through sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain a clean and orderly environment.
Responsibilities include ensuring proper waste disposal and upholding rigorous hygiene standards throughout operations.
Promptly report any damages or maintenance issues to ensure timely resolution and prevent further deterioration.
Ensure all assigned responsibilities are fulfilled promptly and with maximum efficiency.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ is essential. Three to five years of relevant work experience is preferred. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are expected. Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum is a plus. Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is beneficial.
Candidates with prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles will be given preference.
