Job Summary

The Trade Developer will spearhead field-level sales initiatives and optimize market coverage to enhance brand visibility, boost agent productivity, and consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets within their designated territory.

Oversee critical operational functions to ensure seamless daily performance, prioritize project execution, and drive efficiency across assigned departments. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, optimize resource allocation, and align activities with organizational objectives. Lead cross-functional teams to foster collaboration, resolve complex challenges, and achieve measurable results. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures as needed. Maintain compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices to uphold operational integrity and risk management standards. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.

• Engage and integrate new individual wallet customers through a streamlined onboarding process.

• Lead efforts to activate customer wallets and ensure completion of initial transactions.

Support onboarding initiatives across diverse venues, including marketplaces, academic institutions, transit centers, and local community gatherings.

• Engage and integrate independent merchants and small to medium-sized enterprises into the platform.

The incumbent will facilitate a clear comprehension among merchants regarding the product’s features and benefits.

Assist agents in driving customer acquisition initiatives and executing promotional campaigns to enhance market reach.

Plan, organize, and roll out field marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive brand visibility and customer engagement.

Ensure meticulous documentation of every aspect of the onboarding process to maintain precise and up-to-date records.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team, requiring a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the field. Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and hold a valid professional certification or license where applicable. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as proficiency in industry-standard software and tools. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to manage complex projects, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable results. Responsibilities include developing strategic initiatives, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Hold a Senior Secondary School Certificate or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Candidates with prior experience in the Mobile Money, Banking, Telecom, FMCG, or a related field will be at an advantage.
