Responsible for processing customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency, a Cashier handles cash, credit, and debit payments while providing friendly and professional service. Maintains a clean and organized checkout area, balances the cash drawer at the end of each shift, and adheres to company policies regarding refunds, exchanges, and discounts. Must possess strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior cash-handling experience is preferred, and excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and team members.

*Must possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with an emphasis on advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables, LOOKUP, and macros.* *Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.* *Demonstrated experience in project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, is required to oversee initiatives from conception to completion.* *Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities are critical for identifying trends, interpreting data, and implementing data-driven solutions.* *Prior experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable to ensure client satisfaction and maintain strong business relationships.* *Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment is mandatory.* *Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred to streamline customer interactions and track sales pipelines.* *A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is necessary for consideration.*
