Background
ISO DEC is actively seeking a meticulous and dependable Cleaner to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our facilities. This position is currently open on an urgent basis.
Job Purpose
To ensure ISODEC offices and common areas are kept clean, orderly, and hygienic to provide a safe and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
Oversee and execute a range of critical duties to ensure operational excellence, including but not limited to coordinating team activities, managing project timelines, and maintaining compliance with established protocols. Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to align objectives and drive efficiency, while also monitoring performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Provide clear direction to staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and fostering a productive work environment. Additionally, prioritize tasks based on urgency and strategic importance, delegating responsibilities as needed to optimize workflow and achieve departmental goals.
Reporting Line
The Cleaner will report to the Administrative Officer or any other designated supervisor.

Responsibilities include performing regular floor maintenance by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming across all office spaces, hallways, and shared areas to ensure cleanliness and a tidy environment.
Dust and clean all furniture, fixtures, windows, and doors thoroughly to maintain a pristine and inviting environment. Ensure surfaces are free of dust, smudges, and debris, paying close attention to intricate details and hard-to-reach areas. Utilize appropriate cleaning agents and tools to preserve the condition of various materials while achieving a streak-free shine.
Collect and remove waste materials from designated bins, ensuring they are emptied regularly and disposed of in accordance with established sanitation protocols.
Perform thorough cleaning and disinfection of restrooms, ensuring all fixtures are sanitized, and restock essential toiletries as needed.

• Wash dishes, cups, and other utensils as required to maintain hygiene standards.

Conduct additional cleaning tasks as required to support operational needs.
