The Preschool Teacher will create and maintain a secure, supportive, and engaging learning environment for children, typically aged 2 to 5. Oversee a range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, team leadership, and operational execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Design engaging, developmentally suitable lessons and activities tailored specifically for preschool-aged children, ensuring each session fosters learning and growth.

Facilitate the holistic growth of children by nurturing their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

Craft a nurturing, secure, and intellectually engaging classroom atmosphere.

Track and record children’s developmental milestones and progress systematically, ensuring comprehensive documentation of growth and achievements.

Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills to engage in clear, professional discussions with parents and guardians about each child’s developmental milestones and ongoing progress.

Develop educational resources and instructional tools to facilitate effective learning experiences.

REQUIRED SKILLS: Proven proficiency in analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong background in data interpretation and decision-making. Demonstrated experience in project management, including planning, execution, and oversight of initiatives from inception to completion. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effectively conveying complex information to stakeholders at all levels. Familiarity with industry-specific software, tools, and technologies, along with the ability to adapt to evolving systems and methodologies. A collaborative mindset to work seamlessly within cross-functional teams while maintaining a results-driven approach.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. A minimum of five years of experience in IT support, network administration, or a comparable role is essential. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring networks, and managing system security is mandatory. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team are critical. Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems is preferred. Excellent communication skills to interact with users and convey technical information clearly are necessary. Certification such as Compton A+, Network+, or Security+ is a plus.

A recognized Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Education or Preschool Education is an essential requirement for this position.
