Pinnacle Done well Life Insurance Company is actively seeking qualified candidates to fill Team Leader and Financial Planner positions, Corporate Lead Generators (CLGs), and Sales Executives for its Retail, Micro, and Corporate Insurance departments at the newly established Kong branch, situated within the Egomania District Council office complex. Additionally, the company is recruiting Retail Unit Team Leaders and Sales Executives for its Micro Insurance Unit across multiple branches, including Accra Central, Team, Achiote, Kasia, Kong Unit, Kumasi, Bunyan, Jaborandi, Techiman, and Tamale. Prospective applicants must meet the specified qualifications, possess relevant experience, and will be compensated in accordance with the outlined remuneration structure.

*Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, LOOKUP, and data analysis. Strong written and verbal communication abilities to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail to manage multiple priorities concurrently. Capable of working independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com is a plus. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic graphic design software is beneficial. Must demonstrate adaptability to evolving priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and efficiency.*

Prospective candidates will be offered the following incentive packages:

A monthly airtime and data SIM card is provided, along with a competitive commission structure based on new business acquisition. Broker-sourced new business earns a 5% commission on the premium, while direct (non-broker) new business generates a 10% commission on the premium.

A monthly welfare allowance of GHC 1,500 is provided, which includes comprehensive insurance coverage fully funded by the company.

You will receive a monthly phone credit of GHS 40 to cover communication expenses.

Responsible for a 10% override as part of the compensation structure.
