Ensure the prompt and accurate preparation and distribution of all HR-related documents, including employment contracts, contract renewals, official letters, and internal memos.

Oversee all aspects of outsourced staff engagement, administer the new hire orientation program, and coordinate the exit process.
Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, leave entitlements, and other HR-related inquiries with professionalism and clarity.
Gather and authenticate employee information to ensure accurate payroll processing.
Address employee inquiries regarding attendance discrepancies, salary disbursements, and other employee benefit-related issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure complete and accurate data for all staff members regarding Ghana Card and SSN IT information, maintaining 100% compliance.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including recruitment, accounts, IT, and training, to implement comprehensive HR solutions tailored to client requirements.
Ensure that scanned employment documents for client employees are submitted punctually each month.

Submit regular weekly reports and comprehensive monthly reports to management to maintain accountability.
