We are a reputable international trade and pre-owned vehicle export company experiencing growth in Ghana. In response to our expanding operations, we are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Professional with extensive knowledge of the local used car market to strengthen our team.
Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and team leadership to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently and effectively. Drive performance by establishing clear goals, monitoring progress, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Lead cross-functional teams by fostering collaboration, delegating responsibilities, and providing mentorship to enhance productivity and professional development. Analyze complex data to inform decision-making, mitigate risks, and optimize resource allocation. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies while upholding high standards of quality and accountability. Serve as a liaison between senior management and operational staff to facilitate seamless communication and alignment with corporate goals.

• Sales & Business Development: Spearhead the wholesale and retail distribution of pre-owned vehicles across Accra, Team, and neighboring regions to meet aggressive sales objectives.
Proactively monitor and analyze the used car market to gain comprehensive insights into evolving trends, vehicle valuation dynamics, and shifting customer preferences.
• Cultivating Client Relationships: Establish, nurture, and grow connections with regional automotive dealers, distributors, and private customers to strengthen brand credibility and loyalty.

Thorough knowledge of the Accra and Team used car market ecosystem, including its trading processes, is essential.
Energetic professionals under the age of 35 are sought, possessing strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Working hours are scheduled from Monday through Saturday.
A negotiable base salary is offered, complemented by a competitive sales commission, with compensation tailored to individual experience levels.
