The Cleaner will report directly to the Administrative Officer or their designated supervisor.

The engagement terms outline the contractual framework governing the professional relationship, specifying obligations, deliverables, compensation structure, confidentiality protocols, and termination clauses. It includes key performance indicators to measure success, outlines intellectual property rights related to deliverables, and defines the scope of services to ensure alignment with project objectives. The agreement also addresses liability limitations, dispute resolution mechanisms, and compliance requirements, providing a clear legal and operational foundation for collaboration.

Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout offices, hallways, and common areas to ensure a clean and well-maintained environment.

Dust and clean all furniture, fixtures, windows, and doors thoroughly to maintain a pristine and orderly environment. Ensure surfaces are free of debris, smudges, and dust buildup while adhering to established cleaning protocols.

Empty all waste receptacles and transport the collected refuse to designated disposal sites in accordance with established waste management protocols.

Clean and disinfect restrooms thoroughly, ensuring all surfaces are free of debris and germs. Additionally, check and restock toiletries such as soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and air fresheners as needed.

Thoroughly sanitize all kitchen and pantry surfaces, ensuring a clean and organized environment. Regularly wash dishes, cups, and other utensils to maintain hygiene standards and support efficient meal preparation.

Any maintenance concerns, damages, or required supplies must be promptly communicated to the supervisor.

Ensure strict compliance with established health and safety protocols when handling and utilizing cleaning chemicals to mitigate risks and maintain a secure working environment.

Assist with any additional cleaning tasks as assigned from time to time, ensuring all duties are carried out efficiently and in accordance with established procedures.

• Schedule: Weekly, with the specific day and time to be determined upon engagement.

Compensation will be calculated proportionally according to the number of days worked, with the final salary and any applicable allowances to be determined during the interview process.

Required Skills:
Proven expertise in Java development, web development, and database management, including SQL and NoSQL databases. Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, along with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable code. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is highly desirable. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems, such as Git, is essential.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least three years of professional experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, along with a strong understanding of algorithms and data structures. Knowledge of web development frameworks like React or Angular and experience with databases such as MySQL or MongoDB are also required.
