Job Summary

The Trade Developer will spearhead field-level sales initiatives, ensuring robust market coverage and enhanced brand visibility while optimizing agent productivity. This role entails achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets within the designated territory.

Proactively seek and onboard new individual wallet customers to expand the customer base.

• Spearhead wallet activation initiatives to ensure customers complete their first transactions promptly and successfully.

Provide assistance during enrollment initiatives across various locations, including markets, educational institutions, transit centers, and public gatherings.

• Responsible for identifying and onboarding individual merchants and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Ensure merchants are thoroughly educated on the product’s features and advantages to facilitate informed decision-making and enhance customer satisfaction.

Collaborate closely with support agents to drive customer acquisition initiatives and execute promotional campaigns.

Conceive, plan, and implement field marketing and promotional initiatives to amplify brand visibility and engagement.

Responsible for meticulously documenting all onboarding-related activities to ensure precise and up-to-date records are maintained.

Skills required for the role include proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling, with a strong grasp of Excel and financial software. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders.
