JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking qualified candidates to join our team in the following role.

• Locations: Spite, Team Comm 25, Hats, Baja, East Leon, and Lashing

Responsible for processing customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring all payments are handled correctly whether in cash, credit, or debit. Greets patrons warmly, answers product inquiries, and resolves simple issues to enhance their shopping experience. Maintains a clean workspace, adheres to store policies, and follows security procedures for handling cash and sensitive information. Collaborates with team members to support store operations and maintain inventory levels as needed. Must possess strong communication skills, basic math proficiency, and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Candidates must possess a robust skill set encompassing both technical and interpersonal competencies to thrive in this role. Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools is essential, alongside strong analytical abilities to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Effective communication skills are critical for collaborating with cross-functional teams and conveying complex concepts clearly. Prior experience in a similar capacity is highly valued, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results are equally important.

As a graduate of Senior High School (SHS), you will possess the foundational education necessary to embark on entry-level opportunities. This role requires a minimum of a high school diploma, with a focus on academic achievement and personal development. Responsibilities may include supporting team objectives, adhering to company policies, and demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude are essential for success in this position.

Capable of accommodating varied scheduling needs and demonstrating adaptability to non-traditional working hours.

• Possession of a valid Ghana Card is required.
