JOB DESCRIPTION:
Data maker Ghana Limited, an Accra-based subsidiary of Data maker—a Korean-headquartered AI data company—is seeking Data Annotation Specialists to contribute to the advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems by meticulously labeling and categorizing diverse datasets, including images, text, audio, and video.
Selected candidates will undergo a complimentary two-week intensive training program, meticulously crafted to provide hands-on expertise in AI data annotation, operational tool proficiency, and adherence to rigorous quality benchmarks. The curriculum features practical exercises and culminates in certification as a Data Annotation Specialist. Upon successful completion, graduates will be deployed on live AI initiatives within a disciplined technological framework, emphasizing precision, uniformity, and high-caliber results.
Required Skills:
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking are crucial. Experience with software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps, is highly desirable. Familiarity with databases like SQL and NoSQL is a must. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are required to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Additionally, prior experience in project management or leadership roles is preferred.
Minimum educational requirement includes completion of Senior High School; possession of a Diploma or Degree is highly advantageous.
Proficient in fundamental computer operations and software applications.
