JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Responsible for the delivery of the required Service Level Agreement’s and Key Performance Indicator’s within the service schedules in the zone.
• Directly responsible for the Audit of work carried out by Power Vendors and striving for continuous improvement.
• Assists in the delivery of the required project activities required by partners within the forecast cost parameters within the zone.
• Assists lead and drive continual improvement initiatives and associated actions, with accountability for delivering the associated cost benefit within the zone.
• Assists manage the retained Operations delivery team in the zone ensuring Health & Safety compliance across board.
• Assists manage power requirements and demands of retained exchanges within the zone.
• Actively promotes compliance with the Organisation’s codes of practice and any undertakings.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Degree or HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• 4-6 years of working in the Telecom Power sector.
• Detailed knowledge of Telecommunication services, operational Key Performance Indicator’s and processes and an in depth understanding of their relationship to the customer experiences.
• Knowledge of engineering and quality standards with high level of troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent skills in MS Office, Data analytics
• Must have strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Must have an auditor’s eye.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with excellent stakeholder management.
• Exposure to a multicultural working environment
