A reputable organization in the IT & Electronics industry requires the services of a Marketing Team Lead for its offices in UPSA/ Spintex/ Kasoa.
Job Summary
The Marketing Team Lead is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, expanding the customer base, and increasing revenue for the business. The role focuses on developing strategic partnerships, driving corporate and bulk sales, strengthening market presence, and supporting both online and offline sales channels.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market
• Develop strategies to increase sales and market share
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitors
• Explore new sales channels (corporate, institutional, online platforms)
• Source and secure bulk purchase deals with companies, institutions, and organizations
• Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts
• Build long-term relationships with corporate clients
• Manage key accounts to ensure repeat business
• Establish partnerships with suppliers, distributors, and service providers
• Collaborate with real estate developers, offices, schools, and NGOs for supply opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships to enhance brand visibility and trust
• Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion rates
• Support pricing strategies for both affordable and premium products
• Provide insights on customer preferences and buying patterns
• Drive upselling and cross-selling strategies across channels
• Identify opportunities to grow online sales (social media, e-commerce, WhatsApp)
• Collaborate with the Social Media Team to generate leads
• Track and convert online inquiries into sales opportunities
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and field visits
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
• Follow up on leads to convert them into sales
• Maintain a database of prospects and clients
• Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports
• Track sales pipeline, leads, and conversion rates
• Provide management with insights and recommendations for growth
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in sales
