Job Summary
The Trade Developer will spearhead local sales initiatives and optimize market coverage to enhance brand recognition, boost agent performance, and consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas within their designated territory.
Oversee and execute core duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and performance optimization to align with organizational objectives. Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of initiatives, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgetary constraints. Analyze data to identify trends, assess risks, and propose data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and departmental teams to facilitate clear communication and alignment of goals. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate progress and drive continuous improvement across all business functions.
• The role is situated in various districts across Accra, including Circle, OSU, Makola, Kaneohe, Accra New Town, Tutu, and Alabama.
Responsibilities include discovering and enrolling new individual wallet customers, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience to meet their financial needs.
Ensure seamless wallet activation and facilitate customers in completing their initial transactions.
Provide assistance during onboarding initiatives across various locations, including markets, educational institutions, transit centers, and community gatherings.
• Engage and integrate new merchants and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) into the platform.
Ensure merchants are fully informed about the product’s key features and advantages, facilitating a comprehensive understanding to support effective utilization and promotion.
• Support agents with customer acquisition and promotional activities.
Develop and implement field marketing initiatives and promotional strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement among target audiences.
Maintain precise documentation of all onboarding processes and activities to ensure compliance and facilitate efficient tracking.

Preferred candidates should bring relevant experience from the mobile money, banking, telecom, FMCG, or related sectors.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
• Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong command of Excel and Word.
Capable of analyzing sales targets and performance metrics to derive meaningful insights and drive informed decision-making.
Proficiency in the mobile money ecosystem and digital payment platforms is considered a strong advantage.
