Responsible for processing customer transactions efficiently and accurately, managing cash handling duties, and providing courteous service at the checkout counter. Handles cash, credit/debit card payments, and returns with attention to detail to maintain financial integrity. Assists customers with inquiries, ensures a clean and organized work environment, and adheres to company policies and safety protocols. Must possess strong communication skills, basic math proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Prior to retail or customer service experience is preferred.
Required competencies include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, exceptional organizational abilities, and robust problem-solving skills. Candidates must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication capabilities, along with meticulous attention to detail.
