Seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position with a Circle, Accra-based role. The ideal applicant must be located in or willing to relocate to Circle, Accra, to fulfill job obligations effectively. Proficiency in navigating the local area and adaptability to the regional work environment are essential prerequisites for this opportunity.

Responsibilities include taking ownership of sales targets for all stores, encompassing both open market and key account (KA) segments, within the designated region.

Analyze purchase and inventory data at the store level, evaluate sales performance, prepare comprehensive reports, and initiate corrective measures as needed.

To expand the footprint and market penetration of brand-owned retail locations within the assigned region, with a focus on growing both the total number of outlets and their respective sales contributions to the overall business.

Implement sales and promotional initiatives as directed by management while partnering with the Marketing team to ensure alignment and effectiveness.

• Cultivate and sustain robust partnerships with retail partners, clearly articulating company policies and promotional offerings to drive mutual success.

Facilitate collaborative engagements with the Channel team to establish and enhance retailer supply partnerships, ensuring optimal alignment and efficiency.

Responsibilities include managing contract and policy agreements with store owners to ensure compliance and alignment with company standards.

Ensure in-store branding is executed at the highest standard by strategically placing and maintaining Point of Sale materials (POST), while also securing prime product display locations in high-traffic retail outlets to maximize visibility and impact.

Oversee the logistical operations for marketing materials, with particular emphasis during go-to-market (GTM) campaigns.

Monitor and oversee store safety stock levels to guarantee product availability at all times.

• Oversee the proficiency of promoters across the region, guaranteeing the application of impactful sales strategies. Partner with the National Training team to enhance their professional capabilities.

Verify that all promotional staff members are operating efficiently and remain highly motivated in their roles.

Proactively solicit feedback from consumers and retailers to gain valuable insights.

Track competitor actions and evolving market developments to inform strategic decision-making.

The essential qualifications for this role include a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a similar position, along with proficiency in industry-standard software, such as Microsoft Office Suite or specialized tools relevant to the field. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to meeting deadlines under pressure. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Additionally, prior experience in project management or related areas is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
