Provide a two-week introductory program for participants in large-scale groups.

Admit new members whenever a group falls below the required size due to attrition or other circumstances.

The scheduled meetings will take place at 08:30 AM, 09:30 AM, and 10:30 AM, respectively, with the option to adjust the timing in accordance with office hours.

Arrange group participants in a U-shaped formation that aligns with their designated small-group assignments.
Compile attendance records in the designated register, ensuring all entries are accurate and up to date.

To mitigate the risk of robbery, cash collected from group meetings conducted in proximity to a branch must be deposited at that branch prior to attending any subsequent meetings.
Staff members must adhere to established safety and security protocols when transporting funds to ensure the protection of assets and personnel.
Ensure that loan proposals submitted by members are thoroughly reviewed and deliberated during group meetings.
Proposals for loans are received by way of verbal votes, conducted in the presence of all group members.
The credit officer is responsible for accurately inputting all pertinent loan information into the digital system, including loan applications and guarantor details obtained from DP Notes.
After confirming the accuracy of loan applications, establish the disbursement date and notify the relevant members promptly.
You must attend in person on the day of fund disbursement to actively engage in the distribution process.
The credit officer is required to participate in weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly group meetings and must guarantee the full repayment of all loan installments.
Cash received must be promptly submitted to the Branch Accountant and recorded in the Daily Cash Report (DCR) with an accompanying signature for verification.
If any installment payment is not received during the morning group meeting, promptly follow up by visiting the homes of borrowers or small group leaders in the afternoon to collect the outstanding amount.
To undertake the collection of outstanding and NBL installments in the afternoon, alongside current overdue collections.
To re-engage former clients whose loans have been written off, initiate the recovery process when they express interest in rejoining BRAD as clients.
Attend the weekly staff meetings without exception.
Compiles comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure accurate documentation and analysis of key metrics.
