• Working Conditions

The position is situated in a private household in Accra, Ghana, and involves collaborating with a two-chef team under a structured shift arrangement that includes Sundays. The schedule, including shifts and rest days, will be distributed fairly and communicated well ahead of time. Adaptability is required during peak periods, special events, or when the home accommodates visitors.

A competitive monthly salary ranging from GHS 4,000 to GHS 6,500 will be offered, with compensation determined by your qualifications and professional experience.

A thirteenth-month salary will be provided upon completion of one full year of satisfactory service.

You will receive three weeks, equivalent to fifteen working days, of paid annual leave each year.
