Review key outcome and level indicators as specified in the project’s Performance Measurement Framework (PMF) to assess their current status.

Conduct a thorough analysis of factors—both opportunities and constraints—that impact the incorporation of gender-responsive nutrition strategies into district-level policies and programs.
Examine contextual, programmatic, and institutional elements influencing the advancement or constraints on the attainment of established objectives.
• Develop practical insights and strategic recommendations to inform project adjustments and improve performance throughout the remainder of the implementation phase.
Primary data collection could encompass a range of approaches, such as surveys, focus group discussions (FGDs), key informant interviews (Kids), and structured observation, depending on the methodology proposed.
